It was not a good quarter for most of the small and midcap stocks but many largecaps performed very well during the 3 months period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HDFC Amc was the clear winner with whopping 38% gain during the period followed by Berger paint (36%), Dmart (32%), Asian Paints (31%) and Colpal (31%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stocks like Creditacc, metropolis, bpcl, lalpathlab, hdfc life, isec, dixon, abbotindia, bbtc, zyduswell, fineorg, indigo and icicipruli closed the quarter with more than 20% gains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bata india, whirlpool, pidilitind, galaxysurf, cgcl, masfin, godfryphlp, siemens, glaxo, kansainer, sudarschem, mindaind, nestleind and alkem gained 15%+ during the quarter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alkem, adani green, igl, vstind, kotak bank, amarajabat, balramchin, elgiequip, hindunilvr, mcx, concor, sbilife, finpipe and rallis gained 10%+ during the period.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Another quarter is ending and here is the summary of stocks performance for the last quarter ie July-Aug-Sep or JAS 2019.
