Indian Stock market indices closed in red today with heavy selling in bank stocks. Here is the summary of bank stocks performance today.
Only very few managed to sustain without heavy selling like Kotak bank, aubank, hdfc bank, bandhan bank, pnb, cub, psb, karur vysya etc and manged to keep above -2%.
Yes bank tanked 13.8% to 41.8 and to 10 year low level. Indusind bank, idbi, union bank andhra bank, central bank, syndicate bank, rbl bank and lakshmi vilas bank fell more than 5% in today’s trade.
Nifty Bank Index fell 2.59% and Nifty PSU Bank closed at -3.46% and private bank index at -2.75%.
