Overall it was a muted week for the indices Nifty and Sensex but some stocks managed close with excellent gains like BPCL, Wipro, Infy etc with more than 13% gains during the week. Infy and Wipro gained due to a better than expected june quarter results and BPCL up due to news about world oil majors are showing interest in its stake sale. Mahindra, Dr Reddy, Jsw Steel, Hcl Tech, Titan, Bajaj Auto and Hindustan Unilver also up more than 3% during the week. Stocks like Zeel, Infratel, Adani ports, Hindalco, Eicher Motors, Powergrid and Indusind bank lost more than 3% during the week.
